A New Home for Local Manufacturer

This new-construction project consisted of a 34,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility for a manufacturer of custom engineered urethane plastic products. Building construction consisted of precast panel exterior walls with steel joist and deck roof system.

Schreiber Mullaney also provided complete site development for the project.
