Farm-Fresh Plates Come to St. Paul

Located on St. Paul’s iconic Grand Avenue, Hyacinth first welcomed guests in 2018. Before they opened their doors to the public, restauranteur and head chef Rick Giambruno reached out to Schreiber Mullaney Construction to help bring his vision for the restaurant to life. Today, this highly acclaimed restaurant continues to be a hot spot for local foodies.
