LEVERAGING THE FOOD TRUCK TREND

Schreiber Mullaney served as the general contractor for this project marked by a variety of logistical challenges. As the venue’s three custom “food trucks” were built off-site, Schreiber Mullaney’s team needed to employ cranes and temporary platforms to place and position them. Schreiber Mullaney was also responsible for creating the surrounding space—which was made to feel like an outdoor urban area. Food Truck Alley, located in Terminal 1 of MSP Airport, provides refreshments from Red Cow, Holy Land Deli and the Salty Tart Bakery.
